This changes the display text of all integer columns with a dependency to the respective serial type, e.g.
create table test(id integer primary key);
gets reverse engineered into:
CREATE TABLE public.test ( id serial NOT NULL, CONSTRAINT test_pkey PRIMARY KEY (id) )
I would strongly suggest that we only add "serial" and friends to the list of available types for creating/adding a column. Once created, we display the base type, with the default value clause etc.
