Reviewers,

Itagaki-san posted a new version of LC_TIME for windows on Nov. 25th.
Can someone who does PG on windows please test it and report to -Hackers?

Also, I need the Windows geek to test Andrew's new version of parallel
restore, for Windows:

sorry for the delay... the beach was something i couldn't (actually i
even didn't tried) to resist ;)

right now, the patch needs to be adjusted because of the last patch
applied about fseeko... besides, as i told to Andrew i think it should
be spplitted, the --truncate-before-load is not working as
advertized... and the patch is actually giving some random results
about creating a non existing "public" database... (all of it was
commented in -hackers today)
