Listserver problems?

I'm supposed to be getting the "digest" version of the listserver.
However, for some reason I'm now getting every message posted. Is there
something wrong with the listserver?

it *appears* that the export/import of the lists from the old server to
the new failed to pick up the digests properly ... sorry, we tried to
maintain them :( please issue a 'set' command to fix it ...

'set digest' isn't completely working right now.

In particular, the response message gives you
the option of verifying through a web page
that isn't accessible ("no permission" error).

If you try to verify through email (by sending
the "accept" command, you get the following
response:

> **** No digests have been configured for the pgsql-general list.
> ****
> Use the 'help set' command to see an explanation of the settings.
