Thread: [Fwd: PostgreSQL hosting providers]
Hi guys, Just received this from Jonas. Looks like an update is scheduled for that page by whoever decides to maintain that pagenext. :) Jonas, thanks for taking the time to go through this list. I'm moving on from maintaining the Techdocs site, so it's ina bit of flux as to who will next look after things, but I'm pretty sure they'll make good use of your list when stuff settles down. Besides, the company seems to bought up by another provider which (as far as I can tell) doesn't offer PostgreSQL. - New provider: Golden Planet (http://goldenplanet.dk/) - New provider: pil.dk (http://pil.dk/). They're extremely professional, but also expensive. - New provider: OLM.net. According to a message I just received from a sales person there, they use PostgreSQL 7.1.2. - Command Prompt, Inc.: "We do not support MySQL". As a matter of fact they do offer MySQL as an extra option (but there's no doubt they're very dedicated to PostgreSQL). - CenterMedia, Inc.: According to their home page, their hosting department has been taken over by Solid Sense (http://solidsense.com/). - Cistron Telecom: 404. - Hostsharing eG: Seems to be out of business. - INETrics Communications: 404. -- Jonas Koch Bentzen http://findhim.com/

It occurred to me I have access to this site, so I've updated the hosting information as per the various emails in this thread.
