Thread: pgAdfmin svn 8079 core
Hi, I had to change the branding and i8n makefile.am when the build is outside the source directory, because 'make install' can not install pgAdmin (make failed). In the SVN versions of these AM files someone forgot to put $(srcdir) ! These changes can not be any cause for pgAdmin 'SEGMENTATION fault'. What I asked you to do is building pgAdmin inside the source directory without making any changes. I asked you this because I'm able to build pgAdmin this way without any issues. I want to know if it works also for you this way. > In the SVN versions of these AM files someone forgot to put $(srcdir) ! > > These changes can not be any cause for pgAdmin 'SEGMENTATION fault'. > I also don't see also how this could be the cause, but we use the same Ubuntu release, we grab the same revision of pgAdmin, so we should have the same result when we launch make. The only difference I know is the changes you've done on the source file and the build outside of the source code directory. -- Guillaume.http://www.postgresqlfr.orghttp://dalibo.com
