What I asked you to do is building pgAdmin inside the source directory without
making any changes. I asked you this because I'm able to build pgAdmin this
way without any issues. I want to know if it works also for you this way.

I also don't see also how this could be the cause, but we use the same Ubuntu
release, we grab the same revision of pgAdmin, so we should have the same
result when we launch make. The only difference I know is the changes you've
done on the source file and the build outside of the source code directory.
