Seems they use 2.4.0... :(
Have a look to their makefile:
LIB_DEPENDS+= wx_gtk2_stc-2.4.0:${PORTSDIR}/x11-toolkits/wxgtk2-contrib
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=--with-wx-config=wxgtk2-2.4-config
May be Hiroshi or Dave could contact the 'maintainer' to clarify the situation ?

Hmm..
Probably.
It was really possible they were Version1.0.1.
I moved at that time with FreeBSD4.8 in the single-byte mode.
But, It was unstable when multi-byte was tried.
The incumbent version of wxWinodws is not a normal thing with ports.
It seems that I am doing the choice that he is right in such meaning.
However, Is it a problem that I am not concerned?

patch of Andreas is contained in present wxWindows-current.:-)
It will be made smoothly by cvs.
There is an understanding person who is good for wxWindows.

What it says in the Makefile probably means that if you have wx installed,
it requires at least 2.4.0. If you don't it'll go for the 2.4.2 version.
But I'm relatively fresh with FreeBSD so don't hold my word for it :)

I think you are right and I am not a freebsd user so I can't tell. ;) BTW, pgAdmin3 is based on a snapshot from wxwindows 2.5.x with some patches applied to correct wxwin bugs/misbehaviour.
