ALTER TABLE ... DROP CONSTRAINT ... [ RESTRICT | CASCADE ] ;
CREATE TABLE ... [ WITH OIDS | WITHOUT OIDS ] ... ;
CREATE USER ... [ CREATEDB | NOCREATEDB ] ... ;
IMHO, from the language design point of view, it seems better if all
options have a name.
