ALTER TABLE ... DROP CONSTRAINT ... [ RESTRICT | CASCADE ]

CREATE TABLE ... [ WITH OIDS | WITHOUT OIDS ]

CREATE USER [ CREATEDB | NOCREATEDB ] ...

IMHO, from the language design point of view, it seems better if all
options have a name.
