Able to back up a database, when I open pgadmin4 to verify admin login there’s a message saying it’s out of date but when I upgrade to pgsql13 the services never start and the upgrade never occurs
I am unable to update WHD because when I do I can’t restore my previous database
I’ve created other accounts as a test and I still can’t log in to my database via pgadmin4
