Ahh...good point. I certainly wouldn't either. This is for an integration
tool in our development environment. More along the lines of "handy" than
"critical".

Mainly because cygwin is still a work in progress; and by all reports
NT is a less stable/secure platform than Unixen, even without the
additional stability risks from adding the cygwin layer.
If it works for you, great. But I'd not want to see my payroll data
kept in it ;-)
