I have a client who is wanting to use NT for an OS for a Web/Database
server - They don't want to pay for MSSQL and MySQL won't cut it (I need
Triggers, etc). Is installing Cygwin + PostgreSQL on NT a stable
solution? Is FreeBSD/Linux going to be more stable? Thanks,
