This was fixed the day after 3.0 was released, and will be in 3.1.

The SQL tab shows the following error when clicking on a trigger function: “Error retrieving the information - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR”

Issue replicated on both macOS (High Sierra 10.13.4) and docker (18.03.0-ce-mac60) versions.
