Yes, would require a good deal of copy.

My 2 cents, as top 5 with PR value:

  declarative matviews ("Materialized View Support")
  postgres_fdw / writeable foreign tables ("Federated Databases")
  JSON API and functions ("More JSON goodness")
  data checksums
  streaming-only cascading replication failover
