The only page like this on the wiki already is
http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Category:Software_Ports and I just added
your new page to that category.  That was tracking more works in
progress, and no one has updated it in years.  It would be nice to make
that current too, if that's possible to sort out as part of research
into this new list

While I was in there I fixed a couple of things:

-"OpenSource" isn't a proper combination; the page is now named
http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Open_Source_Projects_Using_PostgreSQL to
fix that before it gets linked to more.
-Page is reformatted into sections
-I removed the intro, since it just restarted the page title
-Linked the new page into the main site at
http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Advocacy
