For some definition of "free". It's not open source, and you can't use
it however you want. For example, you can't use it to publish a
benchmark, and as far as the TPC is concerned, putting it on a wiki is
"publishing".
This is why I was focussing on SpecJAppserver instead. It has a
derivitative wersion (EAStress), which does not have such restrictions.
