I can't remember if you intended for this to be open source, but why
don't you just work with pgAdmin III
i.e. enhance it . It already uses WXwidgets and you wouldn't have to
start from scratch.
If you are thinking commercial, it's a tough racket with at least 6
competitors in the market.
