Compiling pgsql_perl5-1.9.0 - Mailing list pgsql-interfaces

Hello I am having problems with the Perl Module pgsql_perl5-1.8.1.

This is the output of perl -v

I am running postgres 7.0.2.

When I try to compile the module I get the following error message:

I have no idea why this is happening.
