List pgsql-patches
It is great you looked over the tab code and got it up to date.  Yea,
there are some enhancements in the patch, but it seems safe enough to
get in.

Your patch has been added to the PostgreSQL unapplied patches list at:

    http://momjian.postgresql.org/cgi-bin/pgpatches

It will be applied as soon as one of the PostgreSQL committers reviews
and approves it.
