Here is a new MAkefile.PL for plperl.
It not only solves the problem for the missing symbol,
but there is also now a 'make install'.
By the way, earlier, I sent a patch to add plperl
to createlang, droplang. Those patches haven't made
it into the source tree yet. Do I need to resend them?
