JOB DESCRIPTION
The Architect will assist the Customer in the design, configuration and review of the current Postgres environment. The Architect will provide best practices and knowledge transfer of Postgres technologies. The Architect will also review the implementation and specific use case as identified by the Customer. The Architect will review and fine tune the Postgres environment and plans for future deployment of these technologies.
In general the Architect will work with the Customer team on the following:
• Review best practices as they apply to the design, setup and installation of Postgres working with the Customer team toward strategies and patterns that uptake the benefits of Postgres
• Work with the Customer to review the current configuration of Postgres and compare to best practices
• Assist the Customer team with knowledge transfer of Postgres
• Work with the Customer team for future utilization of Postgres within the organization
• Assist the Customer to become self-sufficient in the use and full utilization of Postgres technologies
