This is the mailinglist for the postgres website and you are unlikely to find
many Windows experts here, pgsql-general is a more suitable list for general
questions.

Regarding the question, a quick search seems to imply that it's commonly
deployed, so make sure to include what isn't working for you to get better
help.

Note that the paragraph just before the table says:

"The installers are tested by EDB on the following platforms. They can
generally be expected to run on other comparable versions"

 From here:

https://www.postgresql.org/download/windows/

"The installers are tested by EDB on the following platforms."

I don't see 'we' being involved.

It's on postgresql.org ...

I do suppose it is fair that if the installer works on a platform that said testing would include the testing of the things being installed.  So, ok.  It goes against our open source spirit, and it's unclear how often those tests happen, but isn't obviously wrong.

Yes, but at top of page:

"Download the installer certified by EDB for all supported Postgres
versions.

Note! This installer is hosted by EDB and not on the PostgreSQL
community servers. If you have issues with the website it's hosted on,
please contact webmaster@enterprisedb.com.
"

Responsibility is with a third party.
