This is the bug reporting for the postgres database, and while pgadmin might
have been packaged together with the database installation it is its own
project.  Please contact the pgadmin project directly for help:

You need to find and remove pgadmin.db. You can tell if you haven't done that because pgadmin will remember your database. The uninstaller doesn't delete it itself.
