Compensation:
Annual base salary ranges from $175,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, in addition to bonuses and company-paid benefits.

- 5+ years of experience in database and infrastructure engineering
- Expertise with PostgreSQL in production environments
- Experience with database infrastructure design, security, replication, and observability (monitoring, alerting, logging)
- Strong proficiency with Linux, particularly Debian is a plus
- Proficient in Python programming with a solid understanding of data structures and software design principles
- Familiarity with Redis and clustering solutions like Patroni
Compensation:
Annual base salary ranges from $175,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, in addition to bonuses and company-paid benefits.
