Hopefully I am doing this right

 

I am working with SolarWinds for WHD upgrade and we use PGAdminIV to manage the database

Prior to upgrading WHD, we backup the database and make sure we have the proper usernames/passwords for pgadminIV for the next upgrade

However, when we upgrade, and start pgadminIV to reload the database, it says role not found when using the username/password designated for it

 

This is for Windows for WHD 12.7.7 upgrading forward. I am working with solarwinds but we feel like this is an issue with the database itself that’s causing us not to login again after upgrading

I’ve made sure our normal users and admin account for PGSQL exist and they have the right permissions etc.
