Doc: fix misleading syntax synopses for targetlists.

In the syntax synopses for SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, etc,
SELECT ... and RETURNING ... targetlists were missing { ... }
braces around an OR (|) operator. That allows misinterpretation
which could lead to confusion.
