We get an error on our repo servers trying to download
haproxy-3.0.0-1PGDG.rhel9.x86_64.rpm with the following error:
Removing haproxy-3.0.0-1PGDG.rhel9.x86_64.rpm: Package
haproxy-3.0.0-1PGDG.rhel9.x86_64.rpm is not signed
Error: GPG signature check failed
