Unable to create publication

Hello -

I am trying to create publication in Source for Publisher-Subscriber replication, but getting below error:

ERROR: canceling statement due to user request
CONTEXT: while inserting index tuple (0,19) in relation "pg_publication_pubname_index"

How do we diagnose this?
