Is anyone else seeing $SUBJECT, or is it just me?
It's not responding to HTTP at all, and only very
intermittently to ping.

Hi!

Yeah, we seem to have a network firewall misbehaving. Rebooting it now
(yay for enterprise hardware/software), hopefully things are back in 5
minutes.
