Thread: Unable to restore files

Hi there, 

I just installed the pgadmin and want to restore the tar file to the new database, however, I have not never restored files successfully yet and the processing time is just 0.01s or 0.02 then report "fail". Could you tell me what is the possible reason for this? 

PS pgadmin has the access to the file.

Hi Xinyu,

You can check the logs on why it is failing. In the processes tab you can click the file icon on left to PID to check the process logs.
