I downloaded the latest version by yum install -y
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm
and then tried to install by yum install -y postgresql16-server but
encounter the error of [Error -1] repomd.xml signature could not be verified
for pgdg-common

Thanks Yubing for letting me know it's not just me. 

The key appears to be more than 2 years old. Are we perhaps the only 2 to have this problem since April??

OS: Rocky9, minimal installation:
