For pgbouncer, I can only see https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-8-x86_64/pgbouncer-1.17.0-10.rhel8.x86_64.rpm and https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-8-ppc64le/pgbouncer-1.17.0-10.rhel8.ppc64le.rpm
Could you please help to build pgbouncer-1.18?

I found pgbouncer-1.18 for rhel7, and there is no pgbouncer-1.18 for rhel8
