I am working to configure PGPOOL and WATCHDOG with F5 virtual up address and having primary and two replica. Anyone
havetechnical details document. 

Which will help to implement this

The pgPool main page https://www.pgpool.net/mediawiki/index.php/Main_Page 
has thorough documentation, and mentions a mailing list.  The primary 
developer is active on it.
