When trying to download the installer for Windows from this URL
https://www.postgresql.org/download/windows/, I faced the issue after
redirecting to the download page that said
Runtime.UnhandledPromiseRejection - TypeError: response.data.filter is not a
function

Hi 

i am able to access download page and also able to download one of the installer as well

If you are still getting the same error message please try to access this URL in incognito mode
