[pgAdmin4][Patch] - Server Disconnect Issue

Hi,

Please find the attached patch to fix the Server Disconnect Issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Connect the server -> Refresh the page -> Disconnect the server.
Password popup will appear on disconnection.
