Thread: BUG #17410: After upgrade to postgresql 12.9 from 12.6 , some of the statements having ”=” operator not returnin

Description:

After upgrade to postgresql 12.9 from 12.6 , some of the statements having
”=” operator not returning any rows..
 
Eg :

Where as in 12.6 version , we are able to see the row.
