why APT repo (http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/pool/) does not contain PostgreSQL version 14?

It does, and you would have seen that if you had followed the normal installation instructions. I guess you were browsing the directories instead, and didn't see that: https://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/pool/README Christoph
