While testing a buildfarm module to automate running headerscheck and
cpluspluscheck, I encountered a bunch of errors like this:

The compiler is: g++ (GCC) 11.2.1 20210728 (Red Hat 11.2.1-1)
Do we need to add -Wnoregister to the CXXFLAGS?
