Hi,
After downloading and installing pgadmin 4,this is the page I get.
Kindly assist as I seem not to have an option to reset.

Hi jeniffer,
It seems the layout of browser panel is changed. Try resetting the layout by clicking on the 3 bars (right hand upper corner) -> File -> Reset Layout -> OK.

However the 3 dots seem also greyed out therefore I don't get any response when I click on those.
I have also tried to uninstall unsuccessfully as all suscequent installations appear in that format.
Any ideas

Could you please try the below scenarios.
- Take a backup of your 'pgadmin4.db' file which is present at the %APPDATA%\Roaming\pgadmin folder.
- Delete 'pgadmin4.db' file.
- Try launching 'pgAdmin4 v5' again.
