Admin4 is frozen

Download postgres v.13 a few weeks ago and it worked fine at first. Last week it started freezing on the Admin4 screen and the taskbar does not display. I tried unistall/reinstall v.12 it did not work

Can you please provide the pgAdmin 4 logs? It can be found at "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\pgadmin"
