using docker to run pgadmin4, where do i can configure users management without using UI ?

Hi PIERRE,
Importing users is not currently supported. One way around that is to map the storage directory onto a persistent volume so the users, server definitions, saved SQL queries etc. are all persistent. The docs on container deployment describe that: https://www.pgadmin.org/docs/pgadmin4/4.x/container_deployment.html#mapped-files-and-directories
Import users feature will be implemented with - https://redmine.postgresql.org/issues/4125.
