Please find the attached patch for RM-6547:Issue with Copy/ Paste on PSQL tool terminal.

1. Resolved paste issue on macOS.

2. Resolved Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V are not working on windows.

3. Refactored the PSQL backend code.
