We're getting the following error with `postgres:10-alpine` Docker image. It
looks like it was just recently pushed.

Failed to pull image "postgres:10-alpine": rpc error: code = Unknown desc =
no matching manifest for linux/amd64 in the manifest list entries
```

We never had an issue with this image until this recent push.
