Import csv problem

From

Date:
I'm running 4.25 under Kubuntu 20.04

On opening the import/export dialog and switching to Import and trying
to find a file to import I find:

The file name box has a / symbol.
The home button has no effect
The move up the tree button has no effect.

I see two folders I  have created New Folder and New Folder _1.
I can find these folders in /var/lib/pgadmin/storage/username/userlogin
email.
The directories have the properties:

drwxr-xr-x 2 www-data www-data 4096 Sep 27 07:20 'New Folder'
drwxr-xr-x 2 www-data www-data 4096 Sep 27 07:20 'New Folder_1'

Am I missing something?
I haven't needed to use the import dialogue for a while now, but have
used it without problem in the past.

Hi Tony,

In server mode, pgAdmin does not allow a user to access the server's file system outside the user's directory. So if you click on the home button or put "/" in the path, it will take you to /var/lib/pgadmin/storage/<email>.
