HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

Hi,

We use pgAdmin to query our database that contains healthcare data. Our compliance lead has asked if JetBrains can provide/sign a BAA for that tool. Any information related to that would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Jim

If you want JetBrains to do anything, you should probably contact JetBrains. Neither pgAdmin nor PostgreSQL (for which this mailinglist is) is developed by JetBrains. You can probably find the appropriate contact address on their website.

Bah, sorry! I had to send the same message to JetBrains - apologies for the confusion! I am indeed interested if there's a BAA for pgAdmin.

Hi!

pgAdmin4 is an open source project. There is no organisation that could sign something there...

Even for JetBrains you don't need HIPAA BAA agreement, as long as you're not leveraging that tool(ide) to process, transmit or store PHI/PII information.
