Thread: BUG #16459: YUM pgdg11-updates-debuginfo repository missing repodata/repomd.xml for RHEL8*

Description:

All of the rhel-8*-x86_64 directories under
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/debug/11/redhat/ are missing
the repodata/ subdirectory, so they cannot be used.

The rhel-7* directories do contain repodata. The rhel-8* directories for
pgdg12-updates-debuginfo do contain repodata.

Should be fixed now. Looks like a stale file prevented this to be
created.
