yum install
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm

[pgdg12-source] has duplicate entries in
/etc/yum.repos.d/pgdg-redhat-all.repo
