Thread: Add mentions about the DNF's module on the RedHat installation guide

Hi,

I tried to install PostgreSQL 11 on CentOS and found that the official
installation guide does not provide sufficient information to complete
that.
I suppose that this page (
https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/ ) should mention to
a DNF's module nature as mentioned below link.
