Thread: ftp/source has v12 subdir instead of v12beta2

Hi,

https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/source/

has a 'v12' subdirectory where, I suppose, a 'v12beta2' directory should 
be.

Maybe that should be updated?

(The files inside seem correctly named.)

So it does..  I'll look into how that happened.  For now, I've gone
ahead and fixed it.
