We have an 9.3.10 version on Centos 6. We need to upgrade our server to Centos 7 .
Can we simply shutdown the DB services , upgrade the OS ad then restart the DB ?

I can find tons of info with upgrading the DB , but in this we want to keep our DB version and just upgrade the OS.

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/9.3/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/

I'd download the 9.3 RPMs which are built against RHEL7.
